Many people are struggling with their mental health, now more than ever. Working from home, away from friends & family, a lack of face-to-face support; it’s a perfect storm to brew mental ill health. 1 in 4 of us will experience mental ill health every year…unfortunately this statistic will be much higher during the pandemic and beyond. We are a husband & wife team and we are passionate about promoting positive mental health and wellbeing, by delivering empowering, informative training and support. We offer a suite of wellbeing masterclasses covering topics such as stress reduction, building resilience, improving sleep, mindfulness, communication, goal setting, happiness and kindness. We also offer accredited First Aid for Mental Health training courses, hypnotherapy and 1:1 personal development coaching. Until recently, we were both serving in the Royal Air Force – we have 41 combined years of service between us! Over the last 5 years, we have both been on a pretty epic self-development journey and realised our passion was to help people improve their mental wellbeing and unlock their potential so they live a happy, fulfilled life. We are fascinated about ‘why we do what we do’ and love the opportunity to get to know people and instigate conversations that pique curiosity to encourage people to question the ‘why?’ and the ‘why not?’ We launched during lockdown and we’ve already trained and coached dozens of people throughout the pandemic. All our services are available online or face-to-face, which makes us accessible to the people that really need us. We are both certified teachers, qualified mental health trainers, Master NLP Practitioners, coaches & hypnotherapists; Kelly is also a Mindfulness Teacher and a HeartMath Coach.
